The problem I am having is that I am getting no sound in my speakers , headphones. The problem I am having is that I am getting no sound in my speakers , headphones .

I can download , access web , burn cds and dvds
I am also getting poor performance from my graphics card
Look I know this is absolutely vague and no help so If someone could help me get this sorted I'd be so grateful .
I have run antivirus , spy removers etc .
