Computer info:
XP SP2 Pro
2.13G
512 Ram

Trying to install:
Twinhan DTV ATSC D&A model 32500, PCI card

I've tried their website -0-
I've tried moving it from PCI slot to another PCI slot -0-
I've tried installing new hardware -0-
When I use the disc for installation that came with the card, I get an error message "No supported device found! Attach the device & press "Yes" to try again or "No" to continue...." ..... so I press no to continue, then when I start the program Twinhan DTV I get another error message "Cannot support the card or driver, please check the hardware installation."

I could really use some help. How do you get a computer to see a new piece of hardware that you have put into it ??????????

Please ... someone surely has had this happen to them before.

The usual culprit with this kind of message is the BIOS. You may have to upgrade (flash) your BIOS to support this device. Go to the webpage that supports your particular motherboard and look for an upgraded BIOS.

Sometimes you need to install the software BEFORE installing the hardware. What do the installation docs say?
