NOCD workaround for Jane's? What is the workaround?

This is a discussion about NOCD workaround for Jane's? What is the workaround? in the Windows Games category; The compatibility instructions for Jane's Longbow Gold are pretty simple Create a shortcut to the install program on cd. Enable windows 95 compatability mode for the shortcut. Use nocd workaround. But I can't figure out or find what the nocd workaround is.

But I can't figure out or find what the nocd workaround is...any help out there?

Tried them before posting here; all they have is patch for Apache 95, which doesn't work. I'm hoping the one who posted the workaround sees this and can point me at the patch/crack they're using.
