Noise Control Silverado CPU Cooler Review

The only problem is, you need a quiet computer to take advantage of the low noise generated by the Silverado.

The Silverado is the quietest cooler, although the YSTech case fan is almost inaudible, but that´s just a fan by itself. The only problem is, you need a quiet computer to take advantage of the low noise generated by the Silverado. I have 3 hard drives in my system and they are louder than the Silverado. The 4 case fans also drown out the Silverado, and the Enermax "whisper quiet" PSU isn´t exactly that quiet once it´s been running for a while (my system seems to make huge power demands on it).
