NT 4.0 Dhcp problems

This is a discussion about NT 4.0 Dhcp problems in the Windows Networking category; I have a NT 4. 0 server, I have setup dhcp and it works without any problems, except the clients can't ftp or telnet outside our domain. What is causing this i have setup up dns and gateway under the dhcp manager and still no luck.
