This is a discussion about NT 4.0 Drivers for Nforce chipset in the Windows Hardware category; Currently stuck between a rock and a hard place. I have to use a business specific software that needs to run under NT 4. 0 sp6a and it has to run on a a laptop with a nforce chipset. The problem I am having is the video side.

The problem I am having is the video side. I need NT based video drivers for this application. Does anybody know where I can get some?

IF YOUR PROBLEM IS WITH NFORCE VIDEO DRIVERS THEN GO TO NVIDIA AND DOWNLOAD DETONATOR DRIVERS FOR WINNT.IF I REMEMBER RIGHT THE NFORCE CHIPSET USE A GEFORCE 2 VIDEO CARD.

OP
Thanks for the caps. but what Im looking for specifically is Geforce4 440 Go video drivers. Sorry for the mistake on the nforce reference.
edit: and my understanding is that normal detonator drivers won't work with Geforce4 440 GO cards? is this correct or can I assume caps boy above me is right?

From the Nvidia driver site:
"NOTE: GeForce2 Go and GeForce4 Go mobile processors are not supported in this driver. Please contact the notebook's manufacturer for graphics drivers for your notebook PC."
That was for the NT 4.0 unifided driver.

IIRC, There is a prog out there that converts desktop Nvidia drivers to GO drivers. Forget what it's called tho.

OP
This a dell laptop and no reference to NT4 drivers for this laptop on their site. Was hoping you guys knew of something out there?
Google may be your best tool in this instance, try searching for the keywords DosFreak suggested.

OP
Thanks guys for your input. Will try to find something.
