NT and Win2K on ASUS motherboard
Hi I have an ASUS A7M266-D dual CPU motherboard. I have a crashing Win 2K installation on the machine. I have tried reinstalling Win2K umpteen times, sometimes it works fine for the first few days, but invariably the frequency of crashes increases multifold over a week or so.

Kindly, let me know if this motherboard is compatible with Win2K. If not then is NT4.0 a better option.

Windows 2000 works better with newer hardware than Windows NT 4.0. NT 4.0 is being phased out, and is nearly dead. For your type of PC, Windows 2000 is just a better option.
