NT Backup for Win2K Pro - backup file size limit?

I have a 20 gig 7200RPM drive I want to use for backing up our 7 gig network drive. The problem is I get a message saying that the media is full. It's not even close to full, and it always ends with a file size of 3.
Is there a file size limit for an NT Backup file? I have a 20 gig 7200RPM drive I want to use for backing up our 7 gig network drive. The problem is I get a message saying that the media is full. It's not even close to full, and it always ends with a file size of 3.99 gigs before giving that error message. What am I missing? Why won't it backup the entire network drive? Why just 3.99 gigs?
