It's not looking good I'm afraid.
Firstly it would have to be used in Parallel port mode under WinNT 4 as this OS doesn't have support for USB.
I've just checked out the support pages, whcih can be locaed here:
http://support.epson.com/hardware/allinone/ss25__/index.html
There is basically no mention of WinNT at all.
The original product documentation says that it is for Win95/98 or MAC OS.
They have since added support information for if you are running WinME, WinXP or MAC OS X.
There is still no mention of WinNT 4 at all.
My recommendation would be to sellect an e-mail address from here:
http://support.epson.com/contacts.html
And ask Epson if they can help you with it under WinNT.
