NT with Logitech cam and USB

I was told there was a way to make my Logitech web cam work with NT. It has a USB connector which obviously doesn't work with NT but I was told there was a patch or something that would make it work.

Price of XP Pro? ......Hopefully not as much as Win2k Pro, L
