Nvidia refresh rate fix in 2474
This is a discussion about Nvidia refresh rate fix in 2474 in the Windows Hardware category; this program worked in 2465 by using the compatablity fix to make it think its win 2k but now in 2474 i do the same thing but it gives me the error of not the correct windows version. is there a reason for this? um using a asus gf2mx with the det 12.

hi there .... I have the same problem !
I still don't have a fix for it, except that a guy in mIRC told me that it was possible to fix manual... in the registry editor.
but if you f*ck it up .... your monitor will blow up

the only fix is wait for a new build since compatability modes are broken in 74. So either run the program in 2k or an earlier build where compat modes work.

kinda defeats the purpose.
is there anyprogram etc
that makes a registry edit file
to do it
ie so i can edit the registry to make my opengl fps higher

Can't help with 2475 but it works again in 2481 using win2k compatability.
