Odd start menu behaviour
This is a discussion about Odd start menu behaviour in the Everything New Technology category; Really missing the ability to open any folder with right-click or double click from Start Menu. Nothing happens at all. Now have to open Windows Explorer and locate folder to view its contents. Anyone know a fix for this? Google is all out of answer.

I suspected this was shell related, but is there a tool or something I can get to check/repair this? How is the best way to approach it?
