OE not staring up
This is a discussion about OE not staring up in the Windows Software category; For some reason, Outlook isn't launching, it gives me an error Error signature AppName: msimn. exe AppVer:6. 0. 2600. 0 ModName: directdb. dll ModVer: 6. 0. 2600. 0 Offset: 00005556 I remembered before that there was a place where you could access to repair installations, like IE etc.

I remembered before that there was a place where you could access to repair installations, like IE etc..but forgot, can somebody help me?

Try replacing that .dll with a new one. Or rename that dll and see if you get any other errors that may help.
