This is the issue: recently a costumer loss all of his data from his HD due to a Virus work. We tried many diferents softwares to recover the information and the only way I could do it was using Easy Recovery's Raw Recover option, and in this mode it recovers almost the whole information but with the incovenient that it won't have the original names anymore, instead of it the files will be created on folder named "dir01.doc" for the documents or "dir02.xls" for excel worksheets and the files will be named "Fil01.doc", "fil02.doc" and so on....so that's the problem, we have now a lot of info, most of it is usable but we're needing the original names of the files. Someone told me there's a tool from MS's site to do that but I haven't found it, and if that isn't true, which tool can I use to do it??
 
This is urgent, so plz, any help will be aprecciated and thx in advanced.
