Does anyone know what software he has to use. He had an old copy of Winoncd? Anyone knows what he can do?.

Cant he just used Windows XP writing software or use nero?

They tried both XP's built in burning and Nero but neither Recognise it.
have u tried to update the writer support from the windows update?
