OS opinion for notebook
This is a discussion about OS opinion for notebook in the Everything New Technology category; Ok its an Insprion 8000, here are the specs. I want to see what you guys recommend I put on it for OS for best performance and usability. P3 1ghz 512 megs Pc133 GF2 Go 32 meg (about to upgrade it to a GF4 440 Go 64 meg) 30 gig HD Microsoft MN-520 wifi card dvd/CDrw drive 15 UXGA.

alec I doubt windows server 2003 would run well on my lappy at all LOL. My desktop athlon mobile 2600@2.5ghz and 1 gig pc3200 sure.
