outlook 2000 on xp pro
This is a discussion about outlook 2000 on xp pro in the Windows Software category; I'm running outlook 2000 on xp pro with two different profiles. The first profile seems to work fine. However, when I bring up the second profile it doesn't work. I can't send or recieve messages and it is difficult to exit the application.
I'm running outlook 2000 on xp pro with two different profiles. The first profile seems to work fine. However, when I bring up the second profile it doesn't work. I can't send or recieve messages and it is difficult to exit the application. I usually have to force the shutdown through the task manager. However, when I try to start outlook up again it doesn't give me the choice of which profile unless i reboot. Any suggestions???

I assume you have Outlook 2000 installed in "Corporate or Workgroup" mode?
If so, can you try deleting the profile and recreating it?
