OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6
This is a discussion about OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6 in the Windows Software category; Can anyone help??? My OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6 keeps shutting down with some kind of error, but never states the error, just that it had to shut down. Does anyone have any idea how I can go about resolving this issue? Thanks Savoy.

Perhaps you can go to your Event viewer to see if it has recorded the shutdown and has more info. Start-Settings-Control Panel-Administrative Services-Event Viewer.
Do you use Firefox 1.5, by any chance?
There seems to be a serious bug in Firefox 1.5, which sometimes can not only stop Firefox or Internet Explorer from working but which can also stop Outlook Express 6 from functioning too.

OP
No I don't use fire fox, and when I check the event viewer, nothing also.

There is probably a damaged .dbx files that Outlook Express is tripping over when it starts up. This website might help you to claw your way back: http://www.insideoutlookexpress.com/problems/errors.htm
