Outlook Express Irritation!!

This is a discussion about Outlook Express Irritation!! in the Customization Tweaking category; Is there ANYWAY I can disable Outlook Express fromo either coming up or instlaling each and every time when I create a new user's profile, the Outlook Express Icons shows up each and every time I setup a new user's profile, how can I make it so this will not happen anymore?
