I was typing an email and a power cut occurred.
NOw when i try and open outlook, i get the following message:

"Cannot Start MS OFfice OUtlook. Unable to open the outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition exists."

I am not on a network, therefore do not use exchange server.
I have tried searching for the PST files and it does not find any (i can see hidden files).

It seems that they have been deleted - how can this be?! last time i checked, the pst was around 80mb.

Please advise if there is anything i can do to retrieve my data.

Ive tried using outlook express to import any mail details, but it does not find anyting either.
