You should be able to jack it higher cause it is essentialy a P3..so I'd try combinations of Voltage and FSB ..should get at least 800 to 900 out of it

What stepping is it? If it's cB0 you should get it to 900MHz. If it's cC0 you might get it up to 1GHz.
 
I've got a cC0 600@1008MHz 112MHz FSB 1,85v.
