Right-click on 'My Computer' and go to 'Manage'. Go to 'Users' under 'Local Users and Groups'. Right-click your user and go to properties. Set the box for 'Password never expires'

the 'manage' is not a tab - I'm guessing that you are right-clicking and choosing 'properties'.... instead of 'properties' choose 'manage'
