i have already formatted my hard disk about 8 times , is it give effects to computer perfomance or aftter formatted the hard disk just like a new one ? please contruct me about this , thanx. . . . .

Why would reformatting a HDD make performance any worse? If anything it would temporarily improve things as you'd have to do a fresh install so you wouldn't have a load of crap from stuff like uninstalled apps clogging up your system.
