PCMCIA System Tray Icon

This is a discussion about PCMCIA System Tray Icon in the Customization Tweaking category; I'm running xp on a laptop and have a network pc card for dsl. Windows displays the icon in the system tray for safe removal of a pc card but I'd like to disable it. Can't figure out how. Win98se you just right click and go to properties, but with xp I have no such option.

Gamma and color wont stay in games?? Like CS.
