Permanent Internet Explorer 6.0 setup Errors

This is a discussion about Permanent Internet Explorer 6.0 setup Errors in the Windows Software category; Every time I try to install IE 6. 0 on Win2k Pro I've got that error message: Copy error: Setup cannot copy a file <filename>. . . Make sure thelocation specified below iscorrect and so on. The location is correct! The access rights are correct too (for me - admin and for SYSTEM).

Every time I try to install IE 6.0 on Win2k Pro I've got that error message:
"Copy error:
Setup cannot copy a file <filename>
... Make sure thelocation specified below iscorrect " and so on .
The location is correct! The access rights are correct too (for me - admin and for SYSTEM). What's the matter.
Please, help!
 
P.. Such problem occures when the systemI'minstalling IE is not clean - some apps are already installed.
