Please Help!!:Working Title: win2k and the missing video ove
I can't get any of the DVD or TV tuner to load. I keep getting an error saying that my problem is either the vid res is wrong or vid is in use by another app. Everything else seems to work fine. Most recent drivers, bios, etc.
I can't get any of the DVD or TV tuner to load. I keep getting an error saying that my problem is either the vid res is wrong or vid is in use by another app.
Everything else seems to work fine.
Most recent drivers, bios, etc. for the system. even beta drivers didn't help, nor sidegrade to directx8. used multiple apps to try to get dvdplayback to work, dvd player works fine, just video isn't responding. Sound and installed apps work just fine.
Annoyed.Any help appreciated.

Pentium3 800EB 133
512 MB PC133
ATI ALLinWonder 128 PCI
Sound Blaster Live MP3+ 5.1
Ricoh 9060A DVD + CDRW
iBM 7200 HDD, ATA100 7200rpm, 40.6 gb cap.
Win2k pro....
