This is a discussion about POP-UP killer in the Windows Software category; I want a little program, that wont consume too much memory, that will kill internet pop-ups, specially in those nasty pages. . . Any suggestions???.

I also saw a nice pop-up killer that is built in Norton Internet Security 2002, but I never tried in WindowsXP...

no way about 98% of the people i konw that use ( or used ) nortons have gotten a virus

I tried pop-up stopper 2.6
it's great
small, easy, will kill any new internet explorer window, great to use in those pages you know you will have like 1000 pop ups

i really like pop-up stopper tried a whole bunch before this one most blocked lots of pop-ups but this one was the only one i have found so far that stopped them all
I use the opera brwoswer and just disable the popup, whats this iheard you can do it w/ the defualt 6.0 browser?
