power director don't work :o(

This is a discussion about power director don't work :o( in the Everything New Technology category; i have win xp and can't get power director working! i have tried upgrading direct X to version 9 but that didn't make any difference and i have tried it on my brothers machine with xp and no luck there either! anyone know how or why this is happening? thanks ;(
