Everything is working, but i can't install pdf printers. . . I tried to install fineprint (during ,addprinterdrivers failed), i ve the same problem with acrobat 7.

Everything is working, but i can't install pdf printers...
I tried to install fineprint (during ,addprinterdrivers failed), i ve the same problem with acrobat 7.0 and with jaw pdf...
I think that i ve a problem with a module, but what can i do ?
Could you help me ?

Click Start -> Run. Write into the box: "services.msc", without quotes.
Locate service named 'Print Spooler'. Right-click it, select properties and make sure it is started and starting is set to 'Automatic'.
Are you using user with administrator or power user privileges?
