When starting computer after welcome icon of user appered and when click on it to LOG ON windows LOGGING OFF. I tried safety mode and all rest and always end with same LOGGING OFF.

Well, in the unix world, this means there isn't enough disk space.
When you tried safe mode, did you login as administrator or your regular user account?

I cannot log on at all. Everything look OK but when I press Administrator or user icon computer itself aktivating LOG OFF insted of LOG ON. It's anoying and I do not know what to do. I have lots of memory so this is not the case.

Memory and hard disk space are two tottaly different things. But anyway....
