When connecting to an NT server from an NT workstation over the network, and using Net Use with a valid password and user name, the connection is established correctly on the first attempt.
If the connection is broken and re-established, subsequent attempts to connect using Net Use cause error 1326
"logon failure: unknown user name or bad password".
Must restart the workstation for Net Use to work.

Sounds like your connection isn't terminating properly when you disconnect/reconnect. Any warnings/errors in your Event Log?
