IE's folder is set with the System attribute on, which makes it invisible to Windows and dos.
Try navigating there directly by making a shortcut with the target:
C:\WINNT\explorer.exe /e,C:\Documents and Settings\MyProfile\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\content.ie5
(Or type it in a windows explorer view)

the problem is that i use only ontrack power desk as file manager
but know when i need to copy some swf and othe util files
from the cache i´ll use m[censored]plorer
thats problely a bug in power desk
