Problem with CDRwin and win2k....

I had a problem with CDR-win 3.8, I have win2k and when I installed this program it asked me about the Aspi-update during the installation, so the first time I didnt let it update and then I can start the program (although I get an error about the aspi) but it doesnt find any of my cd/cdr drives (Pioneer DR-U06S, TEAC CDR55S, both SCSI), so I uninstall, and reinstall and then I let the program update the ASPI, now when I tried to run the program everything crashed, and I got a blue-screen, telling me all sorts of things and that I should restart etc...
Anybody knows anything about this?
btw: I guess I don't have to tell you, im feeling like a "newbie" in win2k,
