Problem with IE in RC1
This is a discussion about Problem with IE in RC1 in the Windows Software category; Hi everyone. Installed RC1 (build 2505). No problems except I came to it today and noticed a small but annoying problem with internet explorer. When you type a friendly url (eg ) into the address bar and hit enter (or press Go) nothing happens.
Hi everyone. Installed RC1 (build 2505). No problems except I came to it today and noticed a small but annoying problem with internet explorer.
When you type a friendly url (eg www.ntcompatible.com) into the address bar and hit enter (or press Go) nothing happens. This worked up until today. I am wondering if a setting has been changed, and which one it could be.
It still works whem you type a full URL (eg http://www.ntcompatible.com) into the address bar and hit enter or press go.
