Hello !
I created a new session under windows XP Pro yesterday. Everything is right, every application works fine, but I CAN'T GO ON A HTTPS website with internet explorer (v.6) ....
It's realy boring because I can't go on my mailbox, ...
I have tried to uninstall IE 6 to reinstall it ... But I can't find where I can remove it ...
Maybe I don't have to reinstall it, it's maybe a stupid option which is not enabled under this session (because under the other sessions of win XP, I can surf on a https website ...)
Please tell me what I have to do ... And if I have to reinstall ie6, tell me where ...
Thanks !

Go to My Computer, Add remove, and look for IE6. It will allow you to uninstall or ask you if you want to repair. It worked for me.

Unless someone knows different, I don't think thats possible on XP since IE6 is an internal component of the OS.
Sounds like you need to install your IPS.
Go to Control panel \ Add remove
select add remove windows components,
clear internet explorer,
restart
select internet expolrer
or I believe you get an option to repair,
try the repair first.
