problem with my mag innovision scanner

This is a discussion about problem with my mag innovision scanner in the Windows Hardware category; My computer will not pick up my Mag scanner and I have installed the IO PORT software and my twain drivers and still nothing. It powers up but the computer just won't reconize it. I am running Windows XP.
