Problem with OpenGL on Windows 2000

Every game I have on my computer will freeze after about 30 minutes of playing time and I'd have to manually reboot the machine. I know it has something to do with my OpenGL because I was playing a video on VideoLAN using OpenGL for video option and it freezes also, but if I just leave the video option at default it works fine.
 
I'm on Windows 2000 using NVIDIA TNT2 PRO video card and I've tried many many different drivers for TNT2. One I've yet to try is 3.56 which i hear can fix problems but I can't find it
