Problem with Right-Clicking on XP

does anyone have the same problem on xp. . . that everytime you right-click on a icon or anywhere inside your harddrive. . . I get and error and I get the following error message windows exploer has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Did you do an upgrade or a clean install. Also, what are your system specs and how much crap do you have installed on your PC software wise.

Also what build of XP, i know beta 2 has a very flaky explorer. 2465 explorer seems more stable. You will probably need to format though.
