Do you mean that the system will not boot even to the bios splash screen (no video at all), or just not boot into Windows?

Are you using Windows XP?

Yes not nothing No XP screen nothing
XP home... I can hear n see my computer and fans working but no video. So remove the X1300 card out and replace it with my old 9700Pro and this is working with no problem..

Was the fan spinning on the X1300 Pro card when you turned on the system?

Did you uninstall the old driver software before upgrading to the new drivers, as suggested on the ATI site?

Both cards, the older and the original have the same interface. say AGP or PCI-E?

If yes, then try removing the drivers with the old card in, then proceed to re-insert the new card, boot up the system and follow the directions for installing the new drivers.

See the installation notes on the ATI page.
