Hi all!

I have an IBM ThinkPad T20 running Windows 2000 Pro. Thus, I have a measly 1 USB port to work with for all of my devices. I bought a Belkin 4-port USB hub to support my ZIP 250 drive and my HP printer, in addition to my Intel PC Camera. Unfortunately, whenever I plug the camera into the USB hub, Win2k recognizes the device, but then Core Dumps while the new hardware detection window is up. The system will then not boot up upon reboot--I must shut down and cold reboot to get back into my system.

If I unplug the ZIP drive and printer and plug the camera into the hub all by itself, I still get the same problem. However, if I unplug the whole USB hub and plug the camera directly into the laptop's USB port, everything works fine and I can use the camera with NetMeeting. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks a lot for your help.
