Problems with Logitech e3500/Skype
This is a discussion about Problems with Logitech e3500/Skype in the Windows Hardware category; I have just downloaded Skype and pruchased my first videocam. On running a test session with my son we are both receiving badly pixelated video. We are both with the same ISP are running the latest version of Skype and both have a Logitech E3500.

I was told by the store I purcheased my E3500 that this could be a problem with my Broadband speed. I have had done a test and my speed is 212kbps. If this is correct how do I increase my Broadband speed.

Finding what is the bottleneck depends on if the cause is with the computer hardware of the ISP. Did you check with your ISP's technical support web page, or call them to troubleshoot the problem? You did not mention what ISP that you are using.
