problems with my cd burner
This is a discussion about problems with my cd burner in the Windows Hardware category; ok, maybe someone can help. i installed windows xp, works fine. i have a hp cd writer 8220e (USB) but i cant get it to work. i keep getting a message that the drivers are not installed. where can i get the drivers.

where can i get the drivers...i already tried hp.com, they were no help. i even tried a win2k driver, and that wasn't working either.
any help?
