problems with nvidia geforce 6800 gt

I'm having problems with my Nvidia geforce 6800 gt. My computer shut down and gave me the errors message: Infinite loop problem, NV4_DISP, Bccode:100000ea, bcp1 814f2508, bcp2 82089008, bcp3 81fcfcb8, bcp4 00000001.

I'm having problems with my Nvidia geforce 6800 gt. My computer shut down and gave me the errors message: Infinite loop problem, NV4_DISP, Bccode:100000ea, bcp1 814f2508, bcp2 82089008, bcp3 81fcfcb8, bcp4 00000001. I call customer services at Nvidia and they keep telling me to reinstalled their latest driver. But still crashed when I'm playing Farcry. Is this a very serious concern for my computer?
