Hello, all:
About a year ago I downloaded the Dell USB 1.1 drivers for NT 4.0 and ran programs on WinNT4.0 successfully.
However, I deleted the software and reinstalled it several days past. NT 40 immediately recognizes the U.S.B. drivers, but a serious problem developed thereafter:
The problem is a dead, non-functioning keyboard. This standard 101/102 key Microsoft Natural PS keyboard stopped functioning almost immediately!
Plugging in other keyboard was an exercise in futility. The keyboard is as dead as a fence post.
Please note the the keyboard is NOT a USB product, but the standard keyboard.
What steps are need to correct this malfunction in order to run NT4.0 as before.
I will appreciate any information or suggestion you may have about this anomaly.
Thanks in advance for your consideration.
