Problem is when i leave my system running overnight downloading some stuff over dsl let say. When i move the mouse in the morning to bring the screen back up the system is VERY SLUGGISH! Here is a listing of my IRQs so you can see what hardware I have. As far as HDs go I have 2 one IBM 75gxp 45 gig ATA-100 7200rpm and a 20 gig WD ata-66 5400. Both HDs are on seperate IDE ports on the Promise controller. My DVD-rom and CD-rw are on seperate IDE ports on the mobo. Any ideas guys? Does XP still have memory leaks like ME did?

You stated you left your system on all night d/l on DSL?
Do you use Morpheus or Kazaa? I have the same thing using Morpheus 1.33.
Use APK's advice, kill the process and start her up again.
I have similar problems on my 2k machine with the latest Morpheus damned if i can't find the one of the earlier releases.
cheers.
