Program to large to run in memory!!!

I have a question about opening up a file. It is a an application with a dos icon and is 238mb large. When I try to run it, Im assuming it will extract what is in it, I get a message in the cmd window that says the file is too larger to run in memory.

Is there anyway I can get past this and into this file? I am running XP Pro (sp1) and have 512mb or memory.

You could've tried to rename the file to .ZIP, .RAR, .ACE, assuming you have WinZip, WinRar or WinAce. Sometimes people will rename a file when sharing online to avoid detection by software police
