programs don't respond
This is a discussion about programs don't respond in the Everything New Technology category; ok, it has only been happening recently. I am able to move the mouse around and switch between progs but can't actually do anything - like close a program - do send and recieve - etc It is as if the memory is ful and i have to wait for it to clear! it only takes 30secs or so but it is really frustrating! anyone kno ...

XP2200 512MBDDR333 memory, 2x40GB HD's win xp
