programs in Taskbar issue
This is a discussion about programs in Taskbar issue in the Everything New Technology category; everything worked fine before. . then i installed SP2 and that seems to be where it started, but nothing wrong yet. . but after a few reboots. . the taskbar got to were it didnt show my programs in the taskbar.
everything worked fine before .. then i installed SP2 and that seems to be where it started, but nothing wrong yet .. but after a few reboots .. the taskbar got to were it didnt show my programs in the taskbar .. i looked into the properties of the taskbar and i looked at the in-active section to see if tht was wrong ... but its all greyed out?! so whats going on? any ideas? its annoying

Going to need some more information here; are you talking about the icons that reside in the system tray, near the clock? What are some examples of programs that used to show up, but now do not?

yes the icons in the clock area .. and none of them show up .. not trillian, nor the sound icon, winamp, taskman ( ) .. nothing .. it was working before :\
