Q3 SMP in W98?
This is a discussion about Q3 SMP in W98? in the Slack Space category; Does anyone know if Quake3 can run SMP in windows 98? I have tried to run it in w98, but i have a Voodoo3 and q3 doesn´t support the voodoo3 with smp. .

Win98 itself doesn't support SMP, so no apps running under it will either.

not really, it's an oldie though, brings back memories.
Uhh...Im pretty sure SMP isnt for 98. I dont think 98 can utilize 2 or more processors.
As for the Voodoo3, it should work.
You want SMP: Win2k or Linux. BeOS leaves something to be desired.
