QUAKE III ARENA WONT WORK...HELP...

specs: 733 mhz pentium III, Windows 2000 , a 3d card. . . Quake III Arena has run fine on my computer for months but after I installed The Sims Livin Large my intelli explorer mouse stopped working. I reinstalled Win2K and downloaded the detanator 3 from the nvidia website.

Quake III Arena has run fine on my computer for months but after I installed The Sims Livin Large my intelli explorer mouse stopped working. I reinstalled Win2K and downloaded the detanator 3 from the nvidia website. That fixed it but brought a new problem. Now when I try to run Quake III Arena or a Quake III engine game like the STV: Elite Force demo that little blue screen of death displays "WARNING: missing glide installation" and "...could not run OpenGL subsystem" Here it is:

any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated!!! I think it might have to do with "missing glide installation" line. If you know how to fix that PLEASE tell me!

Uhhh...it might help if you told us a little more about your 3d card other that "it's a 3d card".
